Despite its impressive location, the unique character of the property and open plan reception space caused great problems with prospective buyers who could not visualise using the space on a day to day basis.
Little Barn Door immediately saw the beauty of the character property and created a staging design that complimented the open brickwork, iron and wooden beams, adding hints of blue and foliage to give it a pop of life. The reception space was given a triple purpose clearly defining the room into living, dining and study.
This ticked a big point off of perspective buyer’s lists, as really showed them just how to use the space.
The property was a hit, seeing online interest rocket overnight.
