Client Project Coordinator - Maternity cover

As a vital member of the Little Barn Door team, the Client Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in coordinating client projects, guiding them from consultation to completion. This position ensures a positive and valuable experience for clients throughout their home sale journey.
This role is a maternity cover which could be for up to 12 months.

What tasks does the role include?
Client Project Coordination
Monitor and tracking incoming and ongoing projects
Scheduling all project requirements, staffing and suppliers
Ensure logistics for installations and destages are effectively scheduling
Report on project progress
Build relationships with suppliers, partners,agents, and more
Client Support and Communication
Main contact for Little Barn Door clients and estate agent partners from consultation to completion and onwards.
Conducting client consultations - introducing Little Barn Door services.
Preparation of all consultation paperwork, including home staging reports.
Oversee and input client reviews, and report feedback to the Leadership team.
Oversee the client journey from consultation to sale completion.
Use client feedback to identify gaps in the Little Barn Door service or product suite, reporting to the Leadership team.
Maintain regular communication with clients and estate agent partners, to understand their individual needs, expectations and goals.
Using consultative selling methods to provide tailored solutions to enhance client and agent experience, and generate business leads.
Educate clients, agents, and partners about additional Little Barn Door group products and services.
Understand the relationship status of Little Barn Door and estate agent partners, with a view to strengthen the bond and attain additional business leads.
Client Project Administration
Arrange client meetings - Consultation and site visits
Support with sales quotations
Produce and track client agreements, letters and completion reports
Oversee staging dates and extensions
Office Administration
Book travel
Order stationery and office supplies & sundries
Support with general team administration
Team Support
Adhoc support for staging team - key collections, inventory preparation, installation and destage support
Requirements
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in a Client focused Administration or Project role
Confident with G-Suite and google applications
Desirable Requirements
Experience in the property industry - development, estate agency, property sales
