Formerly known as the Rotunda, the building started it’s life as a theatre in the growing marina later becoming an office building. However, the new refreshing designs have transformed the building, creating 21 breathtaking marina front apartments.
The high spec finish of the property made this project a delight to stage. From the external cedar wood clad, anthracite windows and denim blue internal apartment door, it was easy for the Little Barn Door team to visualise the end result of their designs.
