Why you need viewing feedback

The only thing worse than being given negative feedback following a property viewing is no feedback at all.

Feedback is key.

Getting clear, structured and relevant feedback about your home, from the perspective of your potential buyer is one of the most valuable tools available to you whilst you are selling your home.

But how can you get the feedback you need?

  1. Agree feedback expectation and timescales with your agent ahead of any viewings.

  3. Be open to honest feedback. Viewers and agents will air on the “polite” side. Whilst this may feel kind, it hides the true reason for your slow sale. Ask for truthful feedback.

We know that hearing negative feedback can feel disheartening, but turn it on its head and make it a positive. This is the best advice you can get (after that of a homestager, of course!).  Take time to listen to the feedback your agent gives you and decipher what it is really telling you.
