Why you need viewing feedback
The only thing worse than being given negative feedback following a property viewing is no feedback at all.
Feedback is key.
Getting clear, structured and relevant feedback about your home, from the perspective of your potential buyer is one of the most valuable tools available to you whilst you are selling your home.
But how can you get the feedback you need?
Agree feedback expectation and timescales with your agent ahead of any viewings.
Use our downloadable >> Viewing Feedback sheet << to guide your agent on the feedback you expect to receive.
Be open to honest feedback. Viewers and agents will air on the “polite” side. Whilst this may feel kind, it hides the true reason for your slow sale. Ask for truthful feedback.
We know that hearing negative feedback can feel disheartening, but turn it on its head and make it a positive. This is the best advice you can get (after that of a homestager, of course!). Take time to listen to the feedback your agent gives you and decipher what it is really telling you.
Too small - Too dark -Too loud -Too much……but what does this actually mean?
Tapping in to the real meaning of the feedback and viewing it as a pointer, rather than a negative will help you find a solution.
This solution will give you the power minimise any barriers in time for your next viewing - getting you the offer you deserve!

“I want you to know how effective your staging plan has been for me. The estate agent had 4 viewings today, the feedback on the ‘homely’ feel of the house was amazing. And 2 of the 4 viewers offered.”
We love seeing our client’s get the offer that they have dreamt of.
