Happy Birthday, Little Barn Door!
Yesterday we celebrated our 2nd birthday, and what a 2 years it has been.
25 property stylings, 35 installations and 41 homes sold - 80% of which have sold in just 6 weeks.
But, why Little Barn Door? Where did the name come from?
“As a Farmer’s Granddaughter, a true farmhouse style with natural textures and feel of homeliness has always been at the core of my personal home style. Think simple hessians, potato sacks, barley, steel, warm neutrals and fresh whites, mixed with a hint of simple pattern.
The warmth, comfort and welcoming feeling that I got walking in to our family’s farmhouse is something which I wanted to capture in my business.”
Natalie Evans, Founding Director
“love at first write”
When searching for names there were so many different options that reflected the voice of the business, but nothing was quite right.
“The moment Little Barn Door was found it was love at first write!”
Today we are proud to have our very own 17th Century Barn HQ in Shedfield, Hampshire. In the heart of the countryside and full of treasures there couldn’t be a more inspirational setting to drive our business.
